You were commenting on the guy taking an oath at the NSA, and did they really do that? I work at a federal policing agency in a different country (I won’t get any more specific than that), and I was required to swear an oath not to reveal anything I learn at work to outside people, and to uphold the laws of the land. I have no problem believing that an NSA employee would need to swear (and sign) an oath on being hired.
